Refund policy

What is our return policy?

We accept returns on unworn products in their original condition, with the tag still on, within 15 days of the delivery date.

To initiate your return, please email hello@ecova.co with the reason of your return, as well as your order number. We will get in touch with you within 3 business days to indicate to which address to send your order to.

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed from the date we receive your shipment.
